Sacred Music and Movement with Mason Lucas
Join us for two very special events with musician Mason
Lucas!
Mason, of world music ensemble Sky Island, plays
traditional folk and sacred music of the Himalayas and the
Andes on sitar and classical guitar. He is a nat ive of
Mystic, CT and has spent the last decade touring, studying,
and sharing these musical traditions with the world.

Mason will join local yoga instructor Kendra Womack for a very special yoga class where
live music and yoga come together in sacred flow. Space is limited, so be sure to arrive
early to secure your spot for this unique experience. The yoga is all levels.

Join Mason for an intimate Kirtan (call and response chanting), ecstatic song and dance
experience. Mason’s blend of traditional chant and song, and original musical creations
will carry your voice and your body to new and divine realms. Wear clothing comfortable
for sitting and dancing (if you are so moved). All ages welcome!
Mason’s mus ic and voice lift the body and spirit; it is an honor to
share his mus ic in our community!
