Three Harmony Yoga Workshop with Paul Seronko
The aim of this offering is a better understanding of energy awareness, connection, & movement to one's yoga practice. Also learn: how to integrate postures, movement, breathing, visualization, and relaxation into a whole system for a more enhanced yoga experience. Three Harmony Yoga is an integration of Taoist, Hatha, & Buddhist Yoga in a format that opens activates all the major energy centers and channels. At the same time, it gently strengthens the connective tissue throughout the entire body. This is a heart/mind practice and will enhance one's "Yi" or intent.
Willow has been studying energy awareness arts of T'ai Chi, Hatha Yoga, Qigong, & Tantric Yoga for over 25 years. He is a senior disciple of Taoist Master Wang Wei Jing and has studied with Master Wang for 23 years.
