WOMEN EVOLVING CULTURE

We are the first generation of women to have untold economic and academic freedom thanks to women’s liberation. We have power that generations of women never had – we can choose our occupations, where to live, whether to marry, divorce or have children. There is no question that women also have the power to change the world! Then what is holding us back?

In 2007 a small group of women committed to pioneering a new stage of human culture identified “10 Challenges of a Liberated Woman” - obstacles that face a woman who wants to create a better future. Imagine exploring women’s experience from a perspective that is infinitely greater than the merely personal orientation we are accustomed to. We rarely think about what it means to change in terms of seeing ourselves as an expression of cultural structures (conditioning arising out of the culture, place and time in history we come from). To the extent our behavior is driven by conditioning, we aren’t freely choosing… certainly not an acceptable position for “liberated women!” By bringing light to how cultural structures operate in our lives, we have infinite potential to intentionally choose our expression - which is how we activate our potential to bring change in the world. The women at MUSE have joined with women all over the world to explore these crucial questions.

If you believe women have the power to change the world…

If you are excited about being the change the world so desperately needs…

Please join us and other women willing to take full responsibility
for our lives and potential
for creating a different world -
a better future!

Free Intro Cooking Class

Join us Friday, Oct. 8th at 6 p.m. at the Muse Building for a free introduction class as Sondra teaches you how to make 1 dish taste 3 distinctly different ways! YUM.

Ssshhh...There is something NEW and EXCITING happening at the Muse Building in downtown Boise, ID. It is the first of it’s kind, and we’re sure you will love it!

So, what is it? Well, it’s a place for the artist in you to embrace the foodie in you. A place to gather, learn, share, and eat! It’s THE MUSE COOKING CLUB. A membership program offering the valuable skills of cooking, the education of healthy living, and an opportunity to support your local community.

Each month our Renowned Chef, Sondra Miller, will take you on a journey of spices, herbs, and simple cooking techniques that take your ordinary dishes to extraordinary! During the 2 monthly cooking lessons, you will learn how to use “add-on’s” and spice pairings to completely change your dish; how to create mouth-watering meals from just a few simple ingredients, and also other tasty skills (like Sondra’s holiday series!).

Combine these classes with a monthly nutrition workshop by Holistic Nutritionist, Jen Pascoe. During these foodie chats, you will learn easy, healthy and fun ways to increase the vitality to your food while nourishing your overall life.

Last, you’ll be able to celebrate your newly acquired cooking skills at a monthly potluck and movie night!
